I think part of growing and expanding in a particular skillset is by exploring all aspects it has to offer; and in my case, it’s the often neglected “film photography” section, in the realm of photography.
Mid-way through 2018, I was introduced into the world a film photography from a friend. For quite a few months, “I was stuck in a rut” creatively speaking. Digital photography felt like a chore for me, I just couldn't seem to find the satisfaction and enthusiasm I had within me to just go out and shoot. I could say that; film photography was a breath of fresh air. A practise so foreign to the ease of digital I was so used to.
